Need

The command center is intended to be the one-stop shop for information pertaining to Mission Management. Watch Officers need to quickly identify activity related to key events.

Idea

This display transforms the data from the various sources into information, and creates a holistic view. Utilizing the relationships derived from the similarity algorithm, it allows users to see the status of, and relationships between, the different mission elements.

Benefit

The goal of the display is to make the results of the similarity algorithms that have identified the associations between data elements Observable. The key is presenting this information in a visual representation that is easy to interpret, yet also allows users to draw high-level insights based on a similarity engine requiring virtually no explicit user effort.
